The DUB PRAM presents DUB TOO
We have expanded our show to include a 2K P/A system powered either by mains electricity or our own suitcase generator.
For tech heads the rig consists of:
- 2x HZ SB600 sub bass speakers
- 2x 350w Carlsboro mid range
- 2x 300w Electrovoice SX300 tops
- Driven by QSC amps through Behringer 31 channel equaliser and crossover
- Gemini twin CD decks, Korg Kaos Pad and Zoom Drum Machine
Also we have recently acquired a projector and in conjunction with an Apple ibook laptop and a TokyoDive motion VJ controller we will be putting on some spectacular visuals to accompany the music.
We will use this rig where Green issues are not prominent and will continue with the 12v rig at gigs where generators are banned.
Unfortunately until someone invents some cheap super lightweight, long lasting storage batteries we can't achieve the levels of sound that mains power generates. However we live in hope !!
